Canon India on Friday launched “EOS M50” which is the company’s first mirrorless M-series camera with 4K recording capabilities and priced at Rs 61,995 for the single kit option.
The Canon EOS M50 4K mirrorless camera coupled with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity and comes with an APS-C sized 24.1 Megapixel CMOS sensor promising beautiful soft backgrounds and sharp, high-resolution images in low-light situations.
Canon EOS M50 features DIGIC 8 image processor to ensure better picture quality and comes with 4K movie shooting capability. The new DIGIC 8 Image Processor with HD 120p high-frame video rate and built-in OLED electronic Viewfinder with touch and drag autofocus.
The EOS M50 offers built-in OLED electronic Viewfinder with touch and drag autofocus. It is also capable of continuous shooting at up to 10 fps.
The “4K Frame Grab” function allows for high-resolution images to be extracted from the footage taken. Additionally, with combination IS lenses, users can expect reduced camera shake during movie shooting.
With the normal ISO speed of 25,600 and expandable up to 51,200, users can achieve clear shots with minimum noise in low-light conditions.
The Canon camera connect app (available iOS and Android) also allows users to have real-time control of camera settings and transferring of images automatically when paired with smart devices in real time.
