Honor 8 Lite price cut

Honor on Wednesday announced a price cut on its Honor 8 Lite smartphone. The smartphone launched back in May this year and was priced at Rs. 17,999. Now the company has announced a price cut of Rs 2,000 and the smartphone is available at Rs. 15,999.

It is available in two colour options — Black and Blue, at all major retail stores as well as online stores across the country.

The Honor 8 Lite comes with a 5.2-inch full HD display of 1080×1920 pixels resolution. It has a 2.5D curved glass coating on the top and powered by the company’s in-house Kirin 655 octa-core SoC with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be further expanded upto 128GB via microSD card.

Honor 8 Lite features a 12MP rear autofocus lens with f/2.2 aperture, and an 8MP wide-angle lens on the front with f/2.0 aperture.

The phone is backed by a 3,000 mAh Li-Po battery with ultra-battery mode and runs the EMUI 5.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. The dual-sim handset has a fingerprint sensor placed at the back.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-FI 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB 2.0 with USB OTG, and Bluetooth v4.1. The smartphone weighs 147 grams and measures 147.2×72.94×7.6mm.
